Return Policy – Her Essence Boutique

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order, you automatically agree to our Terms & Conditions. No exceptions can be made.


Order Cancellations

Would you like to cancel your order?

This is possible free of charge as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Orders are typically processed within 12 hours.

Please include your order number and your cancellation request.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible due to our automated system.


Returns

Important: Returns without prior request and approval will not be accepted. In such cases, the right to a refund will be forfeited.


Return Period

You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your order.

After this period, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges.


Conditions

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

For hygiene-sensitive products (such as underwear, lingerie, tights, or certain personal care products), items must be thoroughly cleaned or may be excluded from return or exchange.


How Do I Return an Item?

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at:

Please include the following:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)

  • Your contact details

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions and the warehouse return address.


Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or delivered incorrectly (for example, wrong color or wrong item).

Return costs depend on the shipping provider you choose.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as logistics centers process a large number of packages daily.


Shipping Risk & Tracking

Returns are made entirely at the customer’s own risk.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages (for example due to customs delays).

Please always provide a tracking number.

Without tracking, we cannot confirm receipt of the return and the right to a refund may be forfeited.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation approving or rejecting the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days.

Costs & Responsibility

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer error (for example ordering the wrong size or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If the error is on our side (for example damaged item or wrong product delivered), we will fully cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement item free of charge.

No Hidden Fees

We do not charge any additional fees for refunds — no customs fees and no processing fees.
